It's a start, right? I sold a cheesecake during the Easter holidays and then a Kahlua cake on Thursday, May 29th. My next goal is to get some business cards printed up for distribution (a novel idea from the last lady to whom I sold a cake).
My competition? Well, not sure it's really competition when you don't have an established business license yet; however, Nothing Bundt Cakes would probably be it. They're a chain and have quite the reputation.
I'll try to keep this site a bit more updated (especially when I make a sale). Until then, send me sweet thoughts.

A love of special foods connects us with memories and memories are direct links to our feelings. My hope is that my baked goodies not only taste good, but evoke tender feelings as well.

Kahlua Cake - Made with devil's food chocolate cake, chocolate chips, pudding and (of course!) Kahlua.
Rum Cake - Comes with or without pecans, golden butter cake and a decadent, butter-rum topping.
Lemon Cake - A burst of citrus, lemon cake with a sweet, natural lemon icing.
Marble Cake - Golden, butter cake mixed with chocolate cake (with or without yellow or chocolate icing)
*Pies and Miscellany*
Sweet potato, Pumpkin, Pecan (traditional or Jack Daniel's style), Apple upside-down and Key Lime pies. New York Cheesecake (with seasonal, fresh toppings), Apple crumble, Blueberry Buckle, Coffee cake.
*No Sugar Added* (for those who are diabetic or are watching their sugar intake)
Pumpkin pie, Vanilla cake (no sugar added white or chocolate frosting), Rum Cake, Brownies (with or without nuts)
